Dining Options
The rooftop restaurant serves traditional Moroccan dishes using ingredients from the daily market, including Makfoul beef tagine, sardines stuffed with tomatoes, and Couscous Royal with seven vegetables. Lunch changes seasonally and is available from noon, with dinner served from 6:30 PM. Breakfast includes local breads, pastries, yogurt, fruit, and eggs, served until 12:00 PM.
