Guest Ratings & Reviews
Staying at this hotel was truly a mixed experience. The rooms were beautifully designed and immaculate, giving a sense of being at home, albeit with limited space. However, the smell from the drainage in the sinks and bathtub was a significant downside initially, easily solved by leaving the plugs in. The service was exceptional, with a caring and welcoming staff that went above and beyond to ensure our stay in Marrakech was memorable. The location within the Medina was superb, close to everything yet in a safe neighborhood. The dining experience offered a royal feel, though a bit lacking in variety at times.
I was delighted to be upgraded as a honeymoon treat, and the room was lovely with stunning high ceilings and great decoration. Although the space was a bit limited, I could easily imagine living there long term. The cleanliness was impeccable, enhancing the overall experience. The service was incredible, with friendly, hard-working, and welcoming staff always going the extra mile to assist and even making us scrambled eggs on request. The location in the heart of the Medina was very good, providing a safe and tranquil haven while being strategically placed near the zoco. The dining experience was wonderful, with fresh everyday options, although I wished there was a bit more in line with the overall hotel experience. Overall, a fantastic stay with just a few minor aspects to consider.
The hotel is a charming gem nestled in the heart of Medina Marrakesh, offering a luxurious and peaceful stay with impeccable service. The rooms are beautifully detailed and exude a delightful aroma, though some minor issues with key access were noted. The location is superb for exploring the vibrant Medina, yet evening walks might feel intense. Dining here is a fresh and delightful experience, complemented by lovely views. Overall, a top choice for those seeking an authentic and tranquil Marrakesh retreat.
This hotel in Marrakech was absolutely stunning, like you're sleeping in a decor magazine with gorgeous rugs and furniture. The service was top-notch, going beyond the call of duty to ensure our stay was amazing. The location is superb, close to everything while being just on the outskirts, offering a cool and serene setting. The dining experience was huge and delicious, and the breakfast options were plenty, up to the European standard-type breakfast.
I absolutely loved my stay at this hotel! The rooms were stunning and spacious, adorned with tasteful furnishings, and the added bonus of having its very own verandah. I highly recommend the suites for a super comfortable experience. The only downside was that the room could not be closed by our own key, which was a bit inconvenient.
The hotel is nestled conveniently in the heart of the vibrant Medina, offering a unique experience with beautifully detailed rooms. The friendly service adds a personal touch to your stay, making it a memorable experience. However, the location may not be the safest for solo female travelers, and the dining options could use a bit more variety.
