faulty drain hidden surcharge
the bathroom drain barely worked. it flooded even without washing hair. the mega audacity came with the bill. the invoice showed the price agreed with bookingcom, but the credit card was charged with a manually entered exchange rate. it included a 10% surcharge without notice.
